· Coached 3000+ professionals to maximise productivity with a minimum workforce of 300% via my proven 6-step job productivity system, as a Former Special Chief Engineer, TNPWD.

· Trained more than 100 Professionals at 50 dam sites in quality management, within 6 months

· In the TNPSC selection Committee for Assistant Engineers, TNPWD is often interviewed as an “Expert” for Tamilnadu PWD candidates.

· As a Trainer conducted many classes for “Enhancing Employability Skills” in Public Works Staff Training Institutes, Anna Institute of Management, Irrigation Management Training Institute, Highways Dept.

INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS:

· Pioneer in starting Heritage renovation works by initiating the 150-year-old Senate House, Madras University, which was later inaugurated, appreciated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

· As a Visual Documentation Expert, I have so far taken more than 4,50,000 photos and won many awards in Professional Photography.

· One of the founders & life members of the ‘Anti-corruption Movement’, which had the former Vigilance Chief Commissioner of India, as Patron.

· Worked as a Technical Adviser for five Director General of Police Officers, at the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption office.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS:

• As a Catechist, prepared many for the first holy communion and Confirmation of Catholics and took many catechism classes.
• Prepared many for their true confession, who were reluctant for many years.
• Treated many Priests and others with the fastest, safest, scientifically proven alternative therapies free of cost.

ENVIRONMENTAL WELLNESS:

• Conducting now online classes for Millennials (i.e., Aged 27 to 42) in “Peak Performance with Peace of Mind” in their toxic environment.
• A Pioneer and only Government Official, became a candidate as “Introduction Leader Level” in the first 12 years of the International Landmark Education ILP program. (Leadership Training Forum)
• As a “Life Skills Trainer”, trained more than 10,000+, to reach their Goal and get clarity in their “Purpose of Life”, at the earliest.
• Training and motivating Village Young aspirants for Military & Police selection for many Years by treating them freely to be fit for their selection.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS:

• Having a ‘Personal Reference Library’ of 5000+ Hard copy books and 50,000+E-Books to guide First Generation Student’s early financial success in their professional life.
• “Master Practitioner” of Neuro Linguistic Programme and teaching them for the needy, suffering Humanity, to teach financial literacy.

MENTAL WELLNESS:

• As a “Suicide Prevention Counsellor” saved many through Tamilnadu’s reputed private organisation for 7 years, voluntarily, free of cost.
• Participated in many free medical camps in Acupuncture and Electro homeopathy treatment for “Special Children”.
• As an active Adjudicator, India Book of Records / Asia Book of Records helped many to fulfil their dreams successfully.

PHYSICAL WELLNESS:

• Many lectures were given for "Preventive Health care Awareness" of Senior Citizens.
• Free E-Books were donated of more than 100X value worth Rs 21,281 for the successful completion of online Leadership courses, (who had registered for training for just Rs.199 only)
• Assisted uncle, the late Dr. Jesuraj, fondly called "German Doctor" in treating unreachable, very poor people in hilly areas of 200 villages around Kodaikanal.

SOCIAL WELLNESS:

• Created awareness through videos on Frequently Asked Questions about non-communicable diseases through his website www.sagayaraj.com.
• “Best Doctor” Award winner in Electro Homeopathy for 2019 and one of the Supporting World Record Holders for treating 10,000+ Pandemic Patients and distributing preventive remedies to 17 lakh public with Electro Homeopathy therapy.
• Treated more than 60,000+ COVID-19/Flu/Influenza patients, as N.I.C.E (Network of Influenza Care Experts) group member with No Medicine / No Fee / No Ventilator / No Death.
